Sleep, Focus, and Creativity tools taught by a professional hypnotist.
Un-hijack your brain, rescue your attention, and find your flow, in a few minutes per week.
Two truths you need to understand in 2025:
Your attention, imagination, and creativity are your most VALUABLE resources. What billionaire technocrats recognize is that the intersection of your attention and imagination is the key to the front door of your actions, beliefs, behaviors, dollars, votes, and FUTURE. Left unattended, this key is being wielded in algorithmically-refined ways to leave you anxious, numb, and distrusting of yourself and your community.
In spite of every effort being made to manipulate your attention and sever your connections, REALIZE: you can still take control, you can rebuild self-trust, you can reconnect to your creativity, you can reconnect to the feeling of being HERE, alive, heart beating in an IRL world full of heartbeats and donuts and crayons and ENORMOUS hope. Because no algorithm or overlord or catastrophe or uncertainty can actually take that connection away, they can only trick and distract you into ignoring it.
If you want to build a better world, it helps to be able to more fully BE HERE in the world.
And connection…being here…inside and out… is a skill we don’t have to master alone. It’s a skill our bodies inherited, through millenia of brilliant evolution. It’s a skill we can reclaim.
So. HERE is a place where we can begin, together.

About Devon:
I’m Devon Adams, practicing hypnotist and integrative coach since 2015. I’m certified through the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, the International Certification Board of Coaches and Hypnotists, and the Center for Integrative Hypnosis.
Hypnosis took me by surprise. As a skeptical 20-something I signed up for my first hypnosis session (on skype, RIP) feeling hopeful but not particularly convinced: yet those early sessions gave me back the dance career I had almost lost to anxiety and binge eating.
Fast forward to now, after ten years as a professional hypnotist , helping almost 1,000 clients, I want every new client to know two things about my approach:
1: you don’t need a magic wand.
Take it from me, a lifelong over-achiever who was always trying to “get it right” and follow all the rules in hopes of relief. Truth was, my striving for a magic success formula only exacerbated how out-of-control I felt about my sleep, my eating, my performance anxiety and procrastination.
2. you are the magic wand.
My approach to hypnosis is centered around YOU: so my job is to listen deeply, see your strengths, and help you make changes in a way that lets you actually harness those strengths so that change can come naturally. It is your mind, your body, your life, after all; so the process is tailored to put you more in control of your outcomes. Less “I have to get it right” and more “I have what I need.”
For those who want deeper lore:
I live in Michigan with my two kids, my husband, and my cat Matilda. I’m a reluctant alchemist of the unexpected and out-of-control BS of life, as are many people I work with.
I grew up in a high-control religious environment, and was simultaneously immersed in rigorous pre-professional ballet training. SO: I knew I was doing okay if I was dressed right, had every hair in place, was sweet and accommodating, and was on top of absolutely everything I could do to excel and be “good.” I learned to ignore my intuition, quiet my body’s signals, and run myself into exhaustion to perform and earn acceptance.
That worked really well until it didn’t — in hindsight, the cracks started showing very early in life with childhood nightmares, tooth grinding, and trichotillomania. By the time I graduated college I was confronted by my utter lack of capacity to withstand my own imperfections, much less flat-out failures in the face of high expectations. Where I failed to excel, I learned to believe I was my own worst enemy. Like a lot of people who are at war with a part of themselves, I coped by punishing myself, one side scoring points against the other, leaving me as the greatest casualty.
Now, an ex-evangelical, long-retired professional dancer approaching 40, I find myself much more on my own team when it comes to failure. Far fewer battle wounds. I haven’t cracked a molar in my sleep in almost a decade. And even saying that— I fail often at accepting my own failures. Ha.
These days I’ve been confronting the tug from my inner child to conform and be safe, while balancing the urgent pull from all the other parts of me to giggle and throw the bird and flash the cars as they drive by.
One level of balance I’ve found is to choose neither path, which generally looks like exhaling into the nervy weirdness of actually connecting to my own inner self: my desires, my anger, my dreams, my inner wisdom, my own voice.
And this is the greatest gift that hypnosis has given me, and the focus of my work. Hypnosis is one way to build a bridge of self-trust and self-connection. One way to reclaim access to an intuition, a wisdom, and a daring I otherwise might have shied away from.
With every client, every subscriber, every person in my office hours: I want to know you, to listen deeply, to become a detective gathering clues about your unique brilliance, to help you build a bridge to every thing you have within you. I want to help you access what you need to break the doors off of your own expectations, and truly thrive.
I hope you’ll join me here.
