Guided brain re-training tool: how to slow down racing thoughts

Seriously: if telling yourself to "calm down" hasn't worked, do this instead.

My brain tends to go fastest when my body can’t move—holding a napping baby, sitting in a class, trying my hardest to “be present” while my loved ones tell me a story that seems irrelevant to my anxious brain.

This helps when deep breathing and meditation don’t. Give it a whirl, and let me know how it works for you.

This, and most of the tools I share each week, are free. If you want to (a) support me in making this work and (b) get a guided hypnosis audio, office hours, and more, upgrade to paid (I’ll be grateful and thrilled to have you!)
